1671			GREAT BRITAIN &: COMMONWEALTH COVER STOCK one large carton contains about 1000 covers sorted by area into two smaller boxes. Prices range between $10 to $50 with a few higher. Much of the value is found in Great Britain while other areas include British Europe, British Africa, Canada &: Provinces, British Caribbean, Antarctic area and British Pacific. Although we did note some 19th century material, the vast majority are from the 1940s to 1960s and include a wide variety of items such as WWII Censored, Ship covers, Flight covers, picture post cards and some modern FDCs. 1672			BRITISH COMMONWEALTH POSTAL HISTORY 1870-1965 accumulation of about 150 covers, postal stationery and picture post cards from nearly every corner of the Empire with emphasis on George V &: George VI covers. As usual, the country with the largest representation is Great Britain which also contains the earliest items. In this section we noted a 1937 "Round-the-World" Flight cover with stamps added in Brazil, United States and Hong Kong. The next largest section is Australia and New Zealand which consists almost exclusively of George V and George VI covers in the $10 to $25 range. The single best section is British Caribbean which includes some very attractive and quite salable George V &: VI covers. British Africa is a rather small section, however, it does include two worthwhile items: an 1893 Gambia Message &: attached Reply to Germany as well as an 1899 Transvaal cover to New York. British Pacific is presented by ten covers including a 1938 Papua New Guinea Airmail set on cover to England. Finally, there are two 1931 "Wilkins-Ellsworth Trans-Arctic Expedition" covers. A very worthwhile group that will only take a few minutes of viewing to determine the value.[v]	Est. $1000-1500
