A marvelous specialized collection of mint and used issues, as well as some covers, specializing in issues of Cameroun under British military occupation, plus issues of U.K.T.T., all appealingly presented on well annotated quadrille album pages. Noted includes a 5pf green Yacht bisect tied on piece by a full strike of "Buea / Kamerun" cds, a 1p on 10pf Yacht UPU card unused (only 1,000 overprinted by British authorities & later seized aboard the SS Professor Woermann), ½p on 3pf & 1p on 10pf surcharged in black varieties both with shifted overprints (the ½p on 3pf not listed by Scott with black surcharge), 1p on 10pf black surcharge "1" with thin serifs variety as left stamp in a pair & as bottom left stamp of a block of four, a complete top half sheet of the 1p on 5pf, a short set consisting of the ½p on 3pf through 8p on 80pf each individually tied on single piece by complete strikes of "Duala / 13.12.15. / (Kamerun)" cds (the ½p on 5pf being the black surcharge variety {Scott valued with a dash}), 1960 "U.K.T.T." overprints complete mint & used (also with assorted varieties, including 2p "slate-violet" {a.k.a.: violet-grey} with 1964 BPA certificate), a complete set of the 1960 "U.K.T.T." overprints tied on a single internationally flown registered cover to New York by black "Registered / 29 Ju 61 / Cameroons U.U.K.A." cds í(one of about seven known)í, and more.
