Painter in Cleveland, half being sold to George Worthington and the rest to J.W. Scott, however the Worthington half was not among his effects when his estate was sold, as for the other panes, a portion of these were used as postage, and this is where the few existing used copies come from, as far as the availability of singles is concerned, it should be noted that there remain at least three intact blocks of four and an imprint and plate no. strip of four, further reducing the available supply of singles; 1979 and 2000 P.F. certificates.
