0203#2, 5c Blue "Missionary" Type I, a fresh used example of this very rare and popular stamp, with margins just clear to in at top and left, bold seven-bar grid cancel, usual small faults and minor skillful repairs, Fine and attractive appearance; only 40 off-cover used copies are known, with the example offered here being unrecorded; of the 40 known, slightly more than half are type I and many have 7-bar grid cancels; only three examples are sound, and one of those is on a piece, all other 37 examples have varying faults of different degrees; this example is the highlight of the Capitol City collection and is making its first appearance in the marketplace in decades.
