0151		U.S. Western Union 5c, 25c Telegraph Issues Complete Specimen Booklet. 1931. Scott #16T79a, 80a var. Booklet containing five panes of six of the 25c blue followed by nine panes of six of the 5c brown (apparantly missing one pane of the 5c), violet "SPECIMEN" handstamp on front cover, each stamp with specimen "punch" but without frank number. Booklet covers with a bit of wear but stamps fresh and intact. A total of 84 specimen stamps in group not including specimen covers. Scarce. (Photo)	Est. 300.00-600.00
