Plate number "V 47733" on bottom of vignette as well as National Bank Note Co, NY imprint. Plate number "47733" is also printed on top of manila card. I would grade this vignette MS 67, with light toning on the bottom excess margin, nice borders on the india paper, except it is cut a little close on top left and the manila card has nice, sharp even corners. It could have graded higher, but I am still establishing my grading criteria and I do not want gradflation to effect this material in the future.
