Bottom text under lower frame "Copyright 1902 By The McKinley Memorial Association". "Tiffany & Co" on lower left corner. Text of certificate states "This certifies that "Alfred Morrison" has contributed to the fund for the erection of the National Memorial at Canton, Ohio, in honor of William McKinley. Extremely attractive vignette of standing U.S.Liberty allegorical vignette with patriotic shield in hand and other hand holding palm leaf over portrait of McKinely with White House on right and his small house on left. Back has imprint of John Sellers & Sons, 151 Arundel Street, Sheffield, (England?). Plate is is excellent shape with light hairlines from previous cleanings, but no faults or problems. Unique in archive. Also included is an original issued certificate. My feeling is that ABNC probably engraved the plate using Tiffany & Co.'s original artwork and design, hence the Tiffany imprint as part of the engraving. Printed in black.
