I suspect that these notes were printed directly for this provisional issue and were not remainders left over from the previous printing. It is possible that the notes were printed without overprints, undertints and cycloid tints and serial numbers in 1911 and were held in storage until 1929, and, when needed, the new undertints and cycloid tints could have been added later.
