P-S101 Unlisted, 10 cent proof; P-S123c 50 cent proof, both from Estado Soberano De Bolivar. El Banco Del Departmento De Bolivar is represented by P-S421p color trial back proof in green with front proof and P-S422, 1 Peso note in issued color, but unfortunately missing 1/4 of the note toward the right side of the note. Condition is mixed with glue stains, pieces missing, small tears, etc, but this is an amazing record of the bank note production process. Each note is represented by a front and back proof as well as a proof of the undertint used on the front of the note. There are 2 pages that the notes are mounted on with the back of the pages blank. The face proof is a trial color in black on purple undertint (the issued note was black on orange undertint) and the back proof is in brown, which is the issued color for the back. Banknote proofs include Vignette, text and title master proof in black for P-S551-553, L.1905 Series Proofs, El Banco Industrial; Vignette, text and title master proof in green for P-S429, El Banco Dugand; P-371, 1 Peso face proof in black and P-384, 1/2 peso back proof in black mounted on manila cards. vignettes include a LDP of the Statue of Bolivar monument for a Banco De Bogota vignette possibly used on banknote or other financial item and 2 different arms of Colombia with a Condor, engraved by ABNC and the other with an eagle by Continental BNC, both on india paper on manila card. A 2 section proof cigar label for Republica De Colombia, Departamento De Panama, Administracion General De Hacienda mounted on 2 different manila file folders in green ornately engraved is also present.
